Yoga, Asana, Physiology: Linking Theory to Practice with Dr. Hermann Traitteur

This on-demand series connects the roots of yoga with modern science.
You will learn how key body systems function.
Then you will connect that knowledge to clear actions in asana, so your practice becomes more precise and more repeatable.

These classes count toward Continuing Education hours for Certified Iyengar Yoga Teachers.
They also support serious practitioners who want to understand their body in yoga, not just do poses from memory.
