Anatomy & Asana with Dr. Hermann Traitteur

This Anatomy & Asana course with Dr. Hermann Traitteur draws from insights in his latest book.
You will study how key joints work, then apply that knowledge directly to asana.
The goal is precision you can feel, not theory you forget.

Dr. Traitteur is an orthopedic doctor, a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, and the director of the Iyengar Yoga Institute of Berlin, Germany.
His teaching helps you connect structure to action, so your alignment becomes clearer and more repeatable over time.
