June 2026: Gulnaaz Yoga Club
Gulnaaz Yoga Club is long-form study, built to develop your practice over time. Each class centers on a primary asana, then places it in its family of poses with clear intention. The structure follows Light on Yoga, so you return to key actions again and again and build real understanding through repetition.
Gulnaaz teaches with precision, warmth, and close attention. Her teaching comes from decades at RIMYI in Pune, shaped by daily practice, medical classes, and sustained study under B.K.S. Iyengar and Geeta Iyengar. You will feel the difference in how the class is structured, how the actions are taught, and how the work progresses from week to week. These February 2026 recordings capture the full spirit of the club.
Focused study sits beside humor and celebration. On important Iyengar dates, classes turn festive. Expect shared effort, clear instructions, and the kind of consistency that changes your practice from the inside out. If you want depth and the feeling of practicing within a committed community, this series gives you a direct way to keep showing up with Gulnaaz.
