Gulnaaz Dashti Stages of a Woman’s Life
This workshop gives you a clear, practical way to adapt asana through the stages of a woman’s life.
You will learn when to choose alternative or intermediate stages of poses, and how to use props with purpose.
The goal is a practice you can keep returning to, even as energy, recovery, and needs change.
Each class focuses on a specific stage, with detailed instructions you can apply right away.
You will learn how to organize the body, manage effort, and choose sequences that support steadiness and clarity.
Class 1: Menstruation
Practice options for days when you need more quiet and support.
Learn pose choices and prop setups that help you reduce strain, settle the nervous system, and stay connected to your practice without forcing intensity.
Class 2: Menopause
Explore how to work with heat, sleep changes, mood shifts, and energy fluctuations through asana and sequencing.
Learn practical ways to pace effort, use inversions and restoratives appropriately, and build steadiness over time.
Class 3: Post-Menopause
Build strength, mobility, and stability with clear progressions and precise alignment.
Learn how to support joints, spine health, and balance with prop work and repeatable actions you can return to week after week.
