Gulnaaz Dashti Padmasana Workshop

Gulnaaz Dashti: Padmasana Workshop (Part 1)

Padmasana, lotus posture, demands clarity in the ankles, knees, and hips.
In this 4 part workshop, Gulnaaz Dashti teaches the basic actions and preliminary asanas that prepare the body step by step.
You will learn what to do first, what to build over time, and how to work with your current range without forcing.

This progression includes modifications for ankle, knee, and hip mobility.
You will also learn when and how to use props effectively, so the actions become clearer and more repeatable in your own practice.

This workshop is for you if you want to
- Develop a real understanding of Padmasana, not just attempt the shape
- Build the prerequisites through intelligent sequencing and precise actions
- Learn how to observe patterns and make better choices in practice

For teachers, this is practical education.
You will gain tools to observe students, identify limitations, and guide progress with clear stages and specific instructions.
